The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect. During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat while sharing some tea or coffee. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice. The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to
