"New Year Lights 2024"

December 30, 2023 includes visits to Assisi and Gubbio, with the discovery of the Chiesa Nuova and the Cathedral of San Rufino in Assisi, followed by an afternoon in Gubbio with exploration of the historic center and Christmas markets. The day ends with admiration of the imposing Christmas Tree, the largest in the world, and a typical Umbrian dinner. December 31, 2023 is dedicated to Montefalco and Bevagna, with a visit to the artistic places of Montefalco and a tasting of the famous Sagrantino wine. The exploration continues in Bevagna, a renowned medieval village, followed by a lunch in the cellar and a visit to Rasiglia, famous for its water springs. The end-of-year evening ends with a rich dinner and 70s/80s music at the "Il poet Contadino" restaurant. January 1, 2024 includes the celebration of the new year in Assisi with participation in the New Year's mass at the Basilica of San Francesco and a unique experience with live nativity scenes in San Gregorio d'Assisi.
