Francesco De Gregori is an Italian rock singer-songwriter and guitarist. He made his music debut in 1972 in a duo that later broke up, which led him to release a solo album one year later. De Gregori is also known as Il Principe Poeta (“The Poet Prince”) for his charming lyrics. He cites Bob Dylan and Fabrizio de André as his influences.
