Grinspoon is an alternative rock band from Lismore, Australia. Founded in 1995, the group played a high number of shows during its formative years, honing its sound and refining its songwriting approach before releasing its debut album, Guide to Better Living, 1997. Since then the group has kept active, maintaining a regular touring schedule in addition to releasing a steady stream of LPs.
