Brick is an Atlanta, GA-based band that became popular, especially in the late 70s, for its singular mix of disco and jazz, which it refers to as 'dazz.' The band, comprising Regi Hargis, Jimmy Brown, Jyrin Cox, Eric Florence and Victor Alexander, released its first single "Music Matic" via Main Street Records before signing with Band Records. Its first release with Bang - "Dazz -" topped all major charts. In the next couple of years, Brick struck gold with singles such as "Dusic" and "Ain't Gonna Hurt Nobody."
