FC Steaua București

Formerly known as FC Steaua București, FCSB is a Romanian football club from Bucharest that competes in the Liga I which is the highest tier of professional football in Romania. It was formed in 1947 and has never been relegated from Liga I.This club has a rich legacy that includes a massive trophy haul which boasts multiple Liga I, Cupa României, Cupa Ligii and the Supercupa României titles. It is also the only Romanian club to have won the European Cup and the European Supercup. It hosts its opponents at the Arena Națională and has a fierce local rivalry with Dinamo București. Mihail Majearu, Marcel Răducanu and Anghel Iordănescu are a few important players to have represented this club.
