Constructed in 1928, the West Campus Field was set up in order to host American Football for the University of Central Missouri. Later named to Audrey J. Walton Stadium after Walmart co-founder, James Walton's wife. The field is called Vernon Kennedy Field, a baseball pitcher from University of Central Missouri. They conduct inter University matches as well as hold practice sessions for the tenants.
