This former medieval splendor is now home to the city's administration office and an adjacent park which attracts visitors throughout the year. The oldest part of the structure date from the early 15th century, while the massive Neo-Gothic tower was a comparatively recent addition in 1868. The ivory hue of the main building in contrast to the red-bricked tower makes the architectural difference quite prominent and interesting.
