Located in the in the Bad Cannstatt district of Stuttgart, Neckarpark is an event site set along the banks of the Neckar River. This famous green space hosts high-profile events in the worlds of sports, entertainment and culture. Sports events such as the Stuttgart German Masters show jumping contest are staged in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle every year. A large portion of the park is occupied by the Cannstatt Wasen, a 35 acre (14 hectares) fair site where the traditional Cannstatt Fun Fair has been held annually.
