Dr Powers Park

In the mood for playing a little tennis? Why not try out one of the three tennis courts at Dr Powers Park? An underrated place, it is good for tennis, swimming and riding your bike. There is a reservation area where events happen, so you can park there with blankets, guitars and lawn chairs. The swimming pool has excellent staff and is very popular with the locals. If your young ones are too small for the pool, they also have a splash pad for smaller children who can't swim. Apart from these amenities, it has the usual trappings of a park, with plenty of trees, lots of shade and undulating grounds.
