Within the sprawling 12 acres (4.9 hectares) of this private culinary school, the CIA at Copia offers a motley mix of food and drink courses to visiting members. It is best known for the event 'First Fridays at Copia', a monthly meet that celebrates an exciting amalgam of food, drinks, music and films. Visitors can also avail of a plethora of culinary experiences here, and later shop at the high-end store located within its campus in Downtown Napa.
