Home to the NBA minor league team, the Delaware Blue Coats, the complex is also open for all to train. The sprawling complex houses three basketball courts, an indoor gym, and two arenas. Moreover, the complex also has specialized programs for various sports such as basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball.
