St Ambrose Cellars

St. Ambrose Cellars is a family-owned meadery that is nestled in the north of Michigan. They are known for their aerated meads that are blended to have fruity flavors like raspberry, blackberry, apple and lemon. Along with mead making, they also raise honeybees and harvest honey. When the weather is warm and sunny, guests can sit outdoors in the restaurant and enjoy delicious meals with their crafted meads. During the winters, guests can have their meals and drinks in their warm and cozy igloos. They also have stores in other states like New York, Florida and North Carolina.
