Facing the Atlantic Ocean, the coastal city of A Coruña is famous for its beaches. The city is also known for its UNESCO World Heritage site, the Tower of Hercules. From the top of this lighthouse you can have a bird’s eye-view of the North Atlantic coastal line of Spain. This city is also nicknamed as “the city of glass”, owing to its buildings that have glass fronted galleries.
