TOURIST ATTRACTIONS & SIGHTSEEING, PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Singen is a well known town in Baden-Württemberg, thanks to the famous Singen route, which many prisoners used to escape the Third Reich Germany safely to Switzerland. The other famous attraction is the Hohentwiel, a former volcano along whose slopes lies the ruins of a fortress. Overall, this small town near the massive Untersee is worth a stopover.
