Nestled in the Black Forest, the Geroldsau Waterfall is a remarkably picturesque waterfall. Take a short walk down a wooden footbridge in the Grobbachtal valley, and a verdant path dotted with blooming rhododendrons will lead you to this pleasant waterfall. For hiking enthusiasts, a couple of extended walks nearby are also good alternatives to access the waterfall. This roaring splash of water segueing into a turquoise pond is a major attraction among the hiking community in Germany. Don’t be surprised to find a rush of hikers at this spot. To avoid it, however, visit the waterfall during a weekday.
