Grimaud

Situated 10 kilometers (6 miles) to the west of St Tropez, this village makes a pleasant excursion. Feudal ruins can be found in this village and the chateaux date from the 11th Century. You can also visit the windmill of St. Roch, also called the Moulin de la Gardiole. Eglise Saint-Michel (St. Michel Church), built in the 11th Century, is Romanesque in style and has modern windows built by Jacques Gaultier.
