His Majesty's is considered to be one of Britain's most beautiful theaters. The magnificent Edwardian building is the only playhouse in the world to be built entirely of granite, and is one of Aberdeen's best-loved landmarks. Attracting touring companies from all over the UK, it has a diverse program featuring everything from highbrow theatre, ballet and opera to children's shows and the popular annual pantomime.
