Hôtel de la Cathédrale

As indicated by its name, the Cathedral Hotel is located directly opposite the Cathedral. This alone is a very good reason to stay at this hotel, but there is far more to it than that; the premises and the various services on offer are also worthy of a visit. The hotel was built around an interior courtyard, allowing you to relax with a nice drink after a day spent walking in the Alsace capital. The rooms are very elegant and, although very luxurious, are also very tasteful. Elegance, charm and pastel tones tend to define the interior of the rooms. The battle for rooms with a view of the Cathedral or the Kammerzell house may be a little rough. If you do not succeed, do not hesitate to ask to be shown the splinters of Prussian shells that still remain in the hotel's front wall. Finally, you will, of course, benefit from the free hire of bicyles to go to the banks of the Ill or even to the Parc de l'Orangerie.
