Any drive into the Huon Valley should always include a stop in this pretty township. Surrounded by orchard hills, and looking across the water of the Huon River, Cygnet is a photographer's heaven. Yachts bob in the marina and in the town itself there are several places to enjoy morning or afternoon tea. Stanley's sells local quality art and craft. In summer, there is the sound of music from the four corners of the world at the annual folk festival. The herb expo showcases local produce each February.
