The Smith Center is home to the University of North Carolina Tar Heels men's basketball team. This spacious arena is located on the University's south campus. Along with memorable college basketball moments, the Smith Center has hosted a range of other athletic events including the U.S. Olympic Festival, NCAA Basketball Regionals, and NCAA Wrestling Championships. The Smith Center has also been used for big-name concerts like the Grateful Dead, Bon Jovi, and Bruce Springsteen.
