Cozily tucked into the base of the serene Stag Leap District foothills, the newly-refurbished Robert Sinskey winery admirably produces more than 25,000 cases of wine in a year. While the acclaimed vinery's menu features 18 different varieties of wines, it is typically known for their Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot blends. They do permit guests to take a tour of the facility, which ends at their elegant wine bar, where the tasting sessions commence. Tours are scheduled by appointment only.
