Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Mosque

The Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Mosque is a historic place in downtown Springfield, Missouri. This beautiful Arabic structured building was built in 1923 and belongs to The Abou Ben Adhem Shriners organization. The building claims to possess one of the biggest auditoriums in the area as well as a banquet hall. Many community events have been held at the venue with popular artists performances as well. The aim of the organization is the development of the community and growth in their faith. The building also has a shriners museum with several art and artifacts based on their history and is an interesting tourist attraction.
