LIC Bar

Walking into LIC Bar feels like stepping back a century, where one might tell the barkeep to leave the bottle. The LIC Bar, as the name suggests, is a fantastic neighborhood bar that is housed inside Long Island City's namesake, Long Island City, a building that is entirely made of brick. LIC Bar is far less expensive than Manhattan and is great for informal discussion. While remote, it's nevertheless worthwhile to visit. It makes for a great post-PS1 hangout in the summer because of the bustling terrace setting.
