Whats in a name? A lot. Sheffield takes its name from the place of its origin in the fields on the bank of the river Sheaf. Its diverse geography is mainly due to the fact that it lies at the confluence of five rivers. There are some Eco-friendly lessons that one can take as Sheffield has more trees per person than most European cities. The city also produces a large quantity of stainless steel that finds reference in the times of Chaucer's Canterbury tales, which could have been some sort of a premonition in those days!
