The Arena VFG is one of the most important and major venues in Guadalajara and all of Mexico and is named for singer Vicente Fernandez. The arena can fit up to 22,000 spectators for all kinds of events, but especially for big concerts and sporting events. Past acts to grace the stage at the Arena VFG include Shakira, Gwen Stefani, Aerosmith Guns N Roses and Celine Dion to name just a few.
