The Emelin Theatre was first established in 1975 and is one of the oldest-running theater's in the county. Despite its age, the theater has been updated and now features modern stage equipment, as well as state-of-the-art light and sound systems. Emelin Theatre hosts a varied program of cultural events, including concerts, theater productions, comedy shows and film screenings, as well as educational programs for school children. The mixed bag of events ensures that there is something to suit the tastes and sensibilities of every age group.
