Vasona Park is a beautiful park that and also a wonderful destination for a family outing. It offers numerous trails for those who like to be active as well as picnic sites for those looking to enjoy good food on a nice, sunny day. The beautiful landscapes and the large Vasona Park Lake form a gorgeous backdrop for a variety of activities like fishing, kayaking, hiking and biking. The park is clean, large and replete with the clear blue water of streams and the lake contrasting against the green bushes and wilderness. There is a parking lot, but you'll have to pay a parking fee as well as a separate fee for group picnics.
