Eglise Notre Dame is nestled in the center of the city and is the heart of the city's religious activities. The church was established in the early 1900's and is a true architectural marvel. It was designed by Arthur Bertin, winner of a competition of architects that were vying for the opportunity to fashion this religious structure. The church conducts liturgical services on a regular basis and also hosts cultural events from time to time. The Eglise Notre Dame is a sight to behold and is worth a visit when in the city.
