After a really long construction period Teatro Lirico di Cagliari was finally established in 1993. Today, it sports a huge stage, an orchestra pit, amazing refreshment bar, spacious rehearsal rooms and everything to make an event proceed without any hitches. Ballet festivals, opera sessions and varied concerts take place at this space. While the bookshop also sells some excellent stuff, the in-house restaurant serves fantastic meals. The theater can seat 1,650 very comfortably. Check the website or call ahead for event schedules and timings.
