The Volksplatz of Borna is a magnificent, open-air amphitheater that can seat up to 10,000 spectators. Although fashioned after an ancient amphitheater, the venue was modernized a few years ago and is now home to one of Europe's largest, film screening walls. The venue offers a varied cultural program of music, theater, dance and cabaret, alongside special programs for children and celebrations. Beneath a canopy of stars and surrounded by the greenery of Goethepark, the Volksplatz Borna offers a cultural and entertainment extravaganza.
