A non-profit art gallery which focuses on exhibiting new works of emerging artists, The Showroom presents four shows a year. Established in 1983 in East London, the gallery was relocated to its current site which was converted by Berlin-based architects ifau + Jesko Fezer. Emily Pethick is the current Director of the gallery. The Showroom is run by fixed-termed funding from the Arts Council of England and other organizations and individuals.
