Since it first opened its doors in 1912, this historic theater has been entertaining audiences with its delightful offerings. Over the years, the theater passed through the hands of many, before coming to be what it is today - a cultural hub that offers an eclectic program featuring concerts, plays, dramatic readings and other cultural events, alongside screenings of new and classic films. Up-and-coming local artists are featured alongside well-known stars at the Central Theater. The theater is also used by a number of the city's clubs as a venue for their events.
