The Hagenbeck Zoo is home to countless animals, a tropical center, a dolphin show, several restaurants and a beautiful recreation park. Some of the animals live in special rocky environments, others in spacious water bodies. Besides regular attractions like feeding time and elephant and pony rides, there are also jungle nights in the summer. The "zoo school", horse-drawn carriage rides, and several playgrounds provide an abundance of entertainment for kids.
