The majestic white facade of Schloss Laupheim has become an important landmark in the town. The castle was built in the 16th Century and was renovated several times in the following years. The castle was under the ownership of the Steiner family until 1961. It was later sold to the city and a local museum was housed in the castle complex in 1965. Today, the castle is used for hosting various local events and private functions.
