Katholische Pfarrkirche St. Michael is an important Catholic parish of Röhrnbach. It was built over four years, from 1746- 1750 under the directive of renowned Passau architect- Johann Michael Schneitmann. The incredible church features numerous intricate elements such as marble pilasters, brocade paintings, the neo-Baroque nave, a beautiful tabernacle by Leopold Hafner and many other rich artifacts. In 2010, the structure underwent extensive restoration to retain its exquisite characteristics. A major tourist attraction of the city, the church must be visited by all!
