Seminole Rest

The historically eminent site of Seminole Rest is located in Oak Hill in Florida. It is also fondly called as the Synder Hill or Oak Hill or Live Oak Hill. It is famous for the fact that its swanks of an assortment of prehistoric shell mounds that date back to 2,000 B.C. to 1565 C.E. A prime highlight of the site remains the Synder mound and is one of the largest mounds in the vicinity. The site is swanked in the National Register of Historic Places.
