Spread over 18 acres (7.3 hectares) of downtown London, Victoria Park is best known as a major hub where community events are conducted throughout the year. It also bears the historical distinction of being built in 19th century, originally operating as a British garrison and cricket grounds. According to the vision of landscape architect Charles H. Miller, Victoria Park was always meant to provide recreation for the people of London.
