The Sanderson Centre is a historic event hall situated in Brantford, Ontario. This center hosts all sorts of entertainment events from school plays, community events, movie screenings, dance contests to local performing art companies to acts from the rest of Canada and even abroad. Built in 1919, the theater is now owned by the City of Brantford and has a capacity to accommodate some 1,125 people. The League of Historic American Theatres has awarded this historic theater with the 'Theatre Preservation Award.'
