Adventureland Day Camp

Spread across 35 acres (14.16 hectares), Adventureland Day Camp was founded by Louis DeVicaris in 1960 and is still owned and run by the family. Enveloped with woodland, the campus has a stream and spring-fed lake. It is a fantastic place for fun and adventure amidst nature. Kids between the ages of five to fifteen get to camp and learn campfire cuisine, swimming, boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, rock-climbing, hiking, ropes and repelling by experts in the relative fields. They can also opt for pond and stream studies, environmental studies and natural history. The artistically inclined will enjoy the ceramics, jewelry making, mosaic and, arts and crafts programs. The aim of this day camp is to instill a love of the outdoors in the young generation.
