Formerly called the Rinderhalle, Marx Halle was built between 1878 to 1898. Designed by Rudolf Frey, it is the first of its kind in the city. This wrought iron building has been renovated several times over the years. It has two three-corridor halls which are connected by a covered link by their long axis. It also features four studios. It is used for corporate events, concerts, theater, musicals, galas, club nights, fairs, exhibitions and film shoots.
