The official residence of Her Majesty the Queen in Northern Island, the Hillsborough Castle dates back to the 18th Century. The castle provides guided tours on every weekend from April to September. In August, the castle is open to public on the weekends as well. It is advisable to book your guided tours two days prior to the visit. The castle has fantastic architecture and its sprawling green gardens add to the beauty of this place.
