Valkyrie takes their alcohol seriously. As soon as you walk into the warm, bare-brick and wood bar, the first thing that strikes you is the huge blackboard, listing the available drinks and specials. Each cocktail is hand-crafted to perfection, and they offer a variety of unique beers and a choice of wines too. Seat yourself at the long bar to see your drink being assembled in front of you, or take a seat at the tall bar stools and tables. On weekends, it's quite likely you'll be standing though, due to the crush of people.
