Take time time to smell the roses in the Europa-Rosarium in Sangerhausen, Germany. This rose garden boasts of having the largest rose collection in the world. Established in 1902, this site was designed by Friedrich Erich Doerr. There is a Princess Augusta Viktoria of Schleswig-Holstein statue stands in the garden. It contains about 75,000 rose bushes of 8,300 different varieties. There is also a Wild Rose collection containing around 300 species.
