TOURIST ATTRACTIONS & SIGHTSEEING, PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The municipality of Münstertal is nestled in the scenic Black Forests. It has an elevation of around 524 meters (1719 feet) above sea level and covers an area of 67.63 square kilometers (257.77 square miles). It is a popular tourist attraction and is known for housing several museums. The most notable among them are the Schwarzwaldhaus that documents the lives of the farmers in the mountains, Bienenkundemuseum studies bees and Teufelsgrund is about mining and the development of the treatments for asthma. It is also known for the St. Trudpert monastery, and the Scharfenstein castle and invited all the history and culture enthusiasts for visitation.
