For a great meal in Greensboro you will have a difficult time doing better than dining at 1618 Seafood Grill. Since opening in 2004, proprietors Nick Wyatt and George Neal have aimed to give each diner here a remarkable dining experience in a friendly environment. The menu is filled with dishes that are influences by the cuisines of Asia, Latin America and the South. Dishes include the pan seared North Carolina black grouper, which is served in a mushroom sauce, and the almond crusted Chilean seabass.
