Dragalevtsi Monastery is a historic monastery on the Vitosha mountain that was constructed in the 14th Century. It was later abandoned and then re-opened. It was a highly regarded literary center and was a popular stop for Vasil Levski, a heroic revolutionary. The walls of the monastery are adorned with frescoes of Saint George, Mercurius and Thessaloniki.
