The region of Northampton is culturally augmented by the presence of the historically significant avenue of the Northampton Museum and Art Gallery. The museum is most coveted for being a rare kind of gallery that swanks of the largest assortment of historical footwear in the whole world. It popularly houses approximately 12,000 shoes and has two galleries that are specifically dedicated to footwear. These shoes are the ones that span right from the Ancient Egyptians through the present day.
