Madrid's historic boulevard, Calle de Alcalá is also the city's longest lane. Covering a stretch of 10.5 kilometers (6.52 miles), it begins at Puerta del Sol and stretches up to the city's northeastern area. Several historical attractions line up the street which include Parque del Buen Retiro, Bank of Spain office and Plaza de Cibeles.
