Sidney is a quaint and small Nebraskan city. The Cheyenne County Fairgrounds located off Highway 30 on Fairground Road is probably the only one of its kind in town. This open space is home to the annual Cheyenne County Fair and hence its name. It is also used for the annual three-day Oktoberfest.
